Thrive Streaming TV Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Thrive Streaming TV (“Company”), and the individual or entity registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”). By signing up and participating in the Thrive Streaming TV Affiliate Program, Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1. To become an Affiliate, an application must be submitted and approved by the Company. Approval is at the Company’s sole discretion. 1.2. The Affiliate must provide accurate information, including payment details, and notify the Company of any changes.

2. Commission Structure

2.1. The Affiliate will earn $25 on all sales generated through their unique affiliate link. 2.2. Commissions are calculated based on the total amount paid by referred customers, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. 2.3. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided the Affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold of $50. 2.4. The Company reserves the right to adjust the commission structure with prior notice.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. The Affiliate agrees to promote Thrive Streaming TV in an ethical and professional manner. 3.2. The Affiliate may not engage in misleading advertising, false claims, or any activity that could damage the reputation of the Company. 3.3. The Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures.

4. Restrictions

4.1. The Affiliate may not use spam, unauthorized ads, or misleading promotions. 4.2. The Affiliate is prohibited from bidding on Thrive Streaming TV trademarks in pay-per-click campaigns. 4.3. Self-referrals for personal purchases are not eligible for commission.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payments will be processed via PayPal or other approved payment methods. 5.2. If a referred customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from future payouts.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. 6.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate account for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Company. 6.3. Upon termination, the Affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement. 7.2. The Company makes no guarantees regarding potential earnings.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements. 8.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction of the Company. 8.3. The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, with notice to Affiliates.
